Reporting Illegal Content (EU Digital Services Act)

Overview

Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (the “Digital Services Act”) sets requirements for identifying and tackling illegal content within the European Union. RAGE Custom takes active measures to address potentially unlawful content on our website. We encourage you to let us know if you believe any material on our platform violates EU or national laws.

Submitting an Illegal Content Notice

Provide details about the content you consider illegal, including URLs or any other relevant identifiers.

Nature of content (optional)

Indicate the type of illegal content if you can categorize it (e.g., hate speech, counterfeit goods, etc.).

Your contact information

Full name, region (EU Member State or otherwise), and email address.
If applicable, include your company name.

Declarations

  • State that you believe the information in your notice is accurate and submitted in good faith.
  • Acknowledge that RAGE Custom may share a copy of your notice with the user who posted the reported content.

By submitting your notice, you consent to the processing of your personal data for the purpose of investigating and addressing your report, in line with our Privacy Policy.
