The height of the face mask is taken from the center & measured from top to bottom. Similarly the width is measured from left to right excluding the straps.

HOW TO USE OUR SIZE CHARTS
All measurements are listed in inches and based on body measurements, not garment measurements, with the exception of the inside leg, which is a garment measurement. Measure over light clothing using a flexible measuring tape. If a measurement falls between two sizes, size up for a relaxed fit or size down for a compression fit.
