Your Responsibility

You must either own or have the right to use any text, artwork, logos, photos, or other materials you submit for printing or customization.

No Infringement

Do not provide content that infringes on third-party copyrights, trademarks, or publicity rights. Any identified infringement may result in order cancellation and refusal of future service.

Proof of Rights

If requested, be prepared to show proof that you have permission to use the content you submit.

Illegal or Harmful Material

Child Exploitation

Absolutely no material depicting or involving minors in sexual or exploitative situations.

Glorification of Crimes

Content that explicitly promotes criminal acts, terrorism, or other harmful activities.

Local & International Laws

You are responsible for ensuring the legality of your requested content in all applicable jurisdictions.

Nudity & Adult Themes

Explicit Sexual Content

We do not produce items featuring pornographic or excessively graphic depictions.

Suggestive Imagery

While artistic or moderate depictions of the human body may be permissible, we reserve the right to refuse content that we determine is overtly sexual or offensive, especially if partner production facilities prohibit it.

Local & International Laws

You are responsible for ensuring the legality of your requested content in all applicable jurisdictions.

Hateful or Discriminatory Content

Harassment & Hate Speech

Designs that threaten, degrade, or incite violence against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, gender, gender identity, or sexual orientation are strictly prohibited.

Intolerance & Extremism

We will not fulfill orders that praise or support violent or extremist organizations and activities.

Misinformation & Harmful Claims

Dangerous Falsehoods

We may refuse to produce content if it promotes misleading or deceptive information that could contribute to harm or pose a serious threat to public safety.

Order Evaluation

We reserve the right to review all submitted content and decide, at our sole discretion, whether it complies with this policy.

Refusal & Cancellation

If we determine that content violates these guidelines, we may decline, cancel, or refund your order without prior notice.

Case-by-Case Basis

Each design is evaluated individually. Content moderation may be carried out using both automated and manual review methods.

Ownership

Any text, images, or artwork you provide remain your property or licensed rights. RAGE Custom does not claim ownership of the underlying content that you solely create and submit.

Promotional Use

By default, RAGE Custom may photograph, display, or share images of the finished products on social media, our website, or other promotional materials to showcase our craftsmanship. If you prefer we do not feature your design publicly, please contact us at [email protected] before production begins, and we will honor your request.

Limited Purpose & Exceptions

• In general, the files you submit are used only to fulfill your specific order and are not resold or distributed elsewhere without your explicit permission.
• However, if your design was partially or fully created by RAGE Custom (e.g., using our free design service, incorporating our pre-built designs, or substantially guided by our design input), RAGE Custom reserves the right to reuse or adapt those original design elements for future products, promotional efforts, or other purposes. If you have concerns about a design we helped create, please let us know in advance so we can address them appropriately.

Customer Accountability

By placing an order, you confirm that your submitted content abides by this policy and that you assume legal responsibility for its use.

Law Enforcement Cooperation

If we suspect submitted content may violate the law or pose a threat, we reserve the right to report it to relevant authorities.
